M/Y La Pinta - Deck Plans and Pricing
The new 48-passenger Galapagos La Pinta luxury yacht has recently joined
the Galapagos Islands fleet of Wildlife Vacations, Inc.
The La Pinta yacht was designed specifically to offer only one category
of staterooms, named “deluxe”. All 24 deluxe cabins are located
mid-ship, in the Upper Deck, with double beds (32” x 79” inches), which
can be converted to one Queen bed (64” x 79” inches) elegantly
decorated, air-conditioned, with private, fully-equipped bathrooms, as
well as large, sea-view windows. Six cabins are connected, for the
convenience of families traveling together and there are also four
triple cabins of approximately 22 square meters (236 square feet).

The “Young Pirates” program allows children, 7 to 12 years old, to fully
absorb the Galapagos Islands at their own pace. This new concept
includes special activities, children’s meals, interpretative materials
and books.
The La Pinta yacht has set a new standard of excellence to the concept
of small ship cruising around Darwin’s living laboratory of the
Galapagos Islands.
The Cormorant II has the most up-to-date and modern safety and
navigation systems to take all of the guests through the Galapagos
Islands.

after a visitor site exploration. The dining room was designed to fit
all guests comfortably and offers international cuisine plus tasty
Ecuadorian specialties. Lunch on deck, is always a fun event, with a
spectacular buffet-style set-up that is loaded with delicious fresh
ingredients to choose from.
Your La Pinta Galapagos experience is terrifically enhanced with a
vibrant team of category 3 naturalist guides (the highest). The crew is
made-up of professionals, passionate for the Galapagos and ready to
cater to the needs of the most discerning guests.

PER PERSON CRUISE PACKAGE RATES INCLUDE: All meals
during the M/V LA PINTA cruise vacation package, guided shore excursions
and lectures, hosted by multilingual, experienced, category “3” (the
highest level trained) naturalist guides, as well as transfers to/from
the ship in the Galapagos Islands. Note: incidentals / extras and
gratuities are not included in the cruise rate(s) and must be paid
directly by the passengers(s). Eventual “fuel related surcharges”,
authorized by the Ecuadorian authorities, are not included in the cruise
rates and will be added to the applicable invoice(s). All cruise
vacation and tour itineraries are subject to change at any time without
prior notice.
AIRFARES, TIPPING, FUEL SURCHARGES AND GALAPAGOS NATIONAL
PARK FEE(S) ARE ADDITIONAL: Round trip international airfares
between the USA or other countries and Quito or Guayaquil, Ecuador, are
not included in the cruise rates shown and must be booked and paid for
separately by the passenger(s). Also, not included is the Galapagos
round trip airfare from Quito or Guayaquil to/from Galapagos. The
approximate net cost of the round trip Galapagos airfare (subject to
change at any time without notice), between Quito or Guayaquil and
Galapagos, is US$411.00 per person, including the Ecuadorian air
ticket-related taxes and ticketing fees. This item is quoted and paid
for separately by the passenger(s). The cost of tips and general
gratuities to the ship's crew, the captain and the ship's naturalist
guide(s) are not included in the cruise rates and these are to be paid
directly at the discretion of the passenger(s), according to the level
of the service received during the M/V LA PINTA cruise. The US$110.00
per person Galapagos Islands National Park entrance fee and Transit
Control Fee (subject to change at any time without notice) are not
included in the cruise rates shown. IMPORTANT. Certain vessels charge a
per person supplement for peak season and holiday periods. Inquire with
us for further details.
SINGLE AND TRIPLE PASSENGERS: There are specific
cabins for single occupancy on the vessel (for details check the pricing
chart above). If those particular cabins are sold-out, passengers will
have to pay a 100% supplement on the double rate, for the specific type
of double cabin, onboard the M/V LA PINTA. For passengers wishing to
share a triple cabin, each passenger shall pay the double rate, for that
specific cabin.
CHILDREN: Children 11 or under (at the time of
travel), when cruising and sharing with a parent and/or guardian, will
be offered a children's rate discount of 25% (one child discount per
cabin) off the applicable per person double cruise rate on the M/V LA
PINTA. Children 6 to 11 are permitted aboard providing that prior
written arrangements are made with the management. All rates are subject
to change at any time. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. If your
child is under 6, please let us know and we may be able to have them
cruise with an additional signed waiver.
