M/V Santa Cruz
The 1,623-ton M/V Santa Cruz, the only ship originally built for
Galapagos Islands cruises, has been completely rebuilt, renovated and
redecorated. The "new" Santa Cruz has 48 cabins and she was redesigned
and refurbished inside and out, for the optimum Galapagos cruise.
Kick back in a Soothing Master Suite!
On the Boat Deck, there are two new luxury "Master Suites" with double
beds and a private balcony. Two "Junior Suites" (with twin beds that can
be joined to form a double) have been added, as well as six
superior-class cabins with twin beds. These special accommodations offer
the highest standards, in comfort and style. The M/V Santa Cruz is air
conditioned and provides private facilities in each cabin, with hot and
cold water, fresh towels daily and plenty of storage.
The Sun Deck on the M/V Santa Cruz was lengthened and a deck-bar and
Jacuzzi were installed, along with an observation area for dolphin and
whale watching. The dining room, lounge and bar were also elegantly
remodeled and there is a new reading room and a well-stocked library.

PER PERSON CRUISE PACKAGE RATES INCLUDE:
All meals during the M/V SANTA CRUZ cruise vacation package, guided
shore excursions and lectures, hosted by multilingual, experienced,
naturalist guides, as well as transfers to/from the ship in Baltra / the
Galapagos Islands. Note: incidentals / extras are not included in the
cruise rate(s) and must be paid directly by the passengers(s). All
cruise vacation and tour itineraries are subject to change at any time
without prior notice.
AIRFARES, TIPPING AND GALAPAGOS NATIONAL PARK
TAX ARE ADDITIONAL: Round trip international airfares between
the USA or other countries and Quito or Guayaquil, Ecuador, are not
included in the cruise rates shown and must be booked and paid for
separately by the passenger(s). Also, not included is the Galapagos
round trip airfare from Quito or Guayaquil to/from Baltra.The
approximate net cost of the round trip Galapagos airfare (subject to
change at any time without notice), between Quito or Guayaquil and
Baltra, is $399.00 per person, including the Ecuadorian air
ticket-related taxes and ticketing fees. This item is quoted and paid
for separately by the passenger(s). The cost of tips and general
gratuities to the ship's crew, the captain and the ship's naturalist
guide(s) are not included in the cruise rates and these are to be paid
directly at the discretion of the passenger(s), according to the level
of the service received during the M/V SANTA CRUZ cruise. The US $100.00
per person Galapagos Islands National Park tax (subject to change at any
time without notice) is not included in the cruise rates shown and must
be paid directly by the passenger(s), in USD cash, upon arrival at the
airport in Baltra.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SINGLE AND
TRIPLE PASSENGERS: Single passengers will be charged an
additional supplement of 80% off the applicable per person double cruise
vacation rate for single occupancy of any type of suite available on the
M/V SANTA CRUZ. A passenger wishing to share triple occupancy
accommodations will receive a 20% discount off the applicable per person
double cruise rate. Children 11 or under (at the time of travel), when
cruising and sharing with a parent and/or guardian, will be offered a
children's rate discount of 50% (one child discount per suite) off the
applicable per person double cruise rate on the M/V SANTA CRUZ. Children
11 or under are permitted aboard providing that prior written
arrangements are made with the management. All rates are subject to
change at any time. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
